Goals for the Biennium:
- Cultivate skills that will encourage members to realize their potential as the leader they are
- Inspire chapter leaders to adopt the “Leader in Every Chair” approach
- Explore resources, models, and web tools to enhance the understanding of promoting leaders
- Implement strategies to make our Society more visible and more influential in educational leadership endeavors

Registration Open for Leadership Development Seminar
Registration is open for the NC DKG Leadership Development Seminar to be held March 25-26, 2023, at Caraway Conference Center near Asheboro. The deadline to apply and make payment is February 28, 2023.
The theme will be NC DKG Leadership: Honoring the Past, Embracing the Present, and Inspiring the Future! NC DKG leaders will share their experiences and involvement as examples of ways to embrace leadership opportunities.
