Comments from NC DKG members regarding using Zoom
Tips from Phyllis Broughton, Beta Upsilon
The free version of Zoom is only for 40 minutes. Be organized.
Working with family members to help some chapter members is a great tip
Make assignments to members to gather information before the Zoom meeting since time is an issue, then share information via email
Zoom means having some time to connect to each other

Susie Miller shared that they had their webmaster send out her cell phone number and she was available to help those who were having trouble  connecting

Delta Pi's Amy Smith shared they had a practice session the day before their first meeting to get experience and help members be more comfortable
Saying the members names aloud as the host "let them in the meeting" allowed the secretary to get the attendance more easily.

Other free platforms available are

    Microsoft Teams

    Google Meet
